Nature Monks™ was started with the mission to make a positive and progressive difference to the world we live in. Locally sourced and organically grown produce benefit individuals and communities. And these not only improve a person’s general well-being but also bring in socio-economic benefits working its way up from the grassroots level.

The company was launched to give customers the most remarkable organic shopping experience for all your daily needs from beans to cooking oils and personal care products. Innovation & Ancient tradition has always been the companion of all our ventures and we see no reason to make an exception at Nature Monks™. We believe in everything in Universe is holistically one and we are all connected and influenced with each other. Everything is from earth, from sunshine, from nature.

We are part of them; We believe in going green to save ever warming environment, so the motherland can give us all the nutrition and energy that we need every day for our life and development. Only organic plant-based products can develop and support sustainability and accessibility. But since Genetically Modified food were put into the market, and heavily used pesticide, fertilized food are produced every day, food is no longer the same as before, food are no longer having the full potency and energy as before, too much harmful things are added on to the food, such as chemicals, pesticides, antibiotics, hormones, animal fats, processed sugars, etc. When foods are more into GMO production and more processed, then less the energy and nutrition are given to us from food, but more harmful damages to our health. The GMO food is the deadly food to human kind, to all wild life and to our motherland. To avoid the harmful effects, to save us all, we must go back to nature, must Go Organic. Only certified organic food can carry full potency nutrition and 100% energy (the pure source energy of the Universe, the prana fire energy), That’s why only Organic food is the real food, the true food, only organic food can fulfil our nutrition requirements without spoiling our health. How We Began

Nature Monks™ began with 2 childhood friends, Praveen Kumar and Rakesh Raman. Praveen and Rakesh aspired to produce ethical food and a sustainable business. Instead, they built a transformational one. Today Nature Monks™ partners with approximately 2000 family farms. Every food is certified organic which is 100% Chemical Free, 100% Solvent Free, Unrefined, and Unfiltered and we continue to elevate our (and the industry’s) standards, continuing Nature Monk’s commitment to ethics over profits.

Praveen Kumar

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Praveen believes it is possible to produce ethical food at scale, and year-by-year his efforts help prove it. Under his leadership, we have expanded our product line to include butter and ghee, and we launched Cooking Oils and packing facility. Praveen is skilled in negotiation, budgeting, business planning, and operations management, and he brings all these to bear in his work at Nature Monks™. As CEO, he’s the farmer to our flock, providing daily leadership and guidance as we work together to provide sustainable food to more people.

Rakesh Raman

Chief Financial Officer & Co-Founder

As CFO, Rakesh is responsible for making sure we don’t put all our beans in one basket. Today, Rakesh leads our accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, information technology, and investor relations functions. He’s no stranger to mission-driven companies, and he combines extensive finance and strategy experience with a proven passion for ethically sourced food.
